SHIPPING & RETURNS

All items will be posted via Special Delivery within the UK to arrive by 1pm the next day. This ensures your jewellery is fully insured.

 

Items being posted to Europe and the rest of the world will be posted via International Recorded delivery and will arrive within 2-10 working days. This ensures your jewellery is fully insured.

 

Online orders are entitled to a full refund, exchange or credit note within 28 days of purchase, minus postage and packaging charges. Credit notes are valid for one year and are redeemable only online.

All purchases made on Sale Items are deemed final sale and are non-refundable. Unfortunately refunds or exchanges cannot be made on bespoke or customised pieces. The confirmation and deposit paid is taken to be an agreement between customer and Ciara Bowles Jewellery on such orders. 

Ciara Bowles Jewellery cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.

 

In the unlikely case of damage and breakages, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. For any lost items please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the issue but we are unable to refund or reimburse any lost orders. 

 

When returning an item you must contact us providing us with your order number and a reason for return. Once this information has been acknowledged you must return the item within 28 days of your original order date, in the condition it was sold and in its original packaging with your order number and name. We will contact you to confirm the item has been received and your refund or credit note will be issued.

 

We recommend you return any items via a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any returned items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
